You may return items that are unworn and in original condition sold by www.capsters.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be returned with the hangtag still attached and in the Capsters ziplock bag.

Returns must be accompanied with the Return Item(s) card, which is included in the order package. Make sure you fill out the Order ID as shown on your invoice, without it we cannot process your refund or exchange.

The shipping costs for sending the items back to us are not refundable. Only in the case that the return is a result of our error we will pay for the return shipping costs, of course.

Refund (money back)

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 
When returning one item, we will refund both the money for the item as well as the post & payment costs made for sending you the order from our Capsters studio. The shipping costs for sending the items back to us are not refundable. If you have ordered more items and are returning not all items, you will receive a refund for the item(s) returned, but not for the post & payment costs of your order.

Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be received, processed and appear on your credit card statement, paypal account or bank account. Capsters will not be liable for late payment, also meaning payment later than the expected 2 weeks.

Exchange for another item

If you choose to exchange the return item for another item, you will not be charged new post & payment costs for the shipment of the item you want to receive in exchange. The difference in price for the first order and the exchange order will be refunded or charged.
